The Sunshine Sporthorse Associaton's Sunshine Classic I & II held September 4th and 5th

Come and watch or participate in the Sunshine Classic I & II on September 4 and 5, 2010 at Canterbury Showplace in Newberry, Florida (west of Gainesville). These shows are USDF/USEF recognized dressage sport horse breed shows sponsored by the Sunshine Sport Horse Association which is an organized group of sport horse breeders in Florida and Georgia begun in 1999. Visitors are welcome and will see all breeds and types of dressage sport horses & ponies being shown in-hand from youngsters (weanlings through 3-yr-olds) to breeding stallions and mares, as well as, young horses started under-saddle. It is exciting to watch the handlers run their horses to show their very best trot. If you are thinking of buying a quality dressage prospect this is a great place to start looking!!! I was absolutely floored when I saw this camera yesterday - so much so that I am looking to bring in a skid load of them to sell out in the marketplace ...

Here is a picture of it:

I dont believe that there is anything else like it out in the marketplace - in affordable ranges anyhow ...

The bottom half of the camera is literally its own built in computer system so with this unit, you dont need to hook it up to a computer to view what is going on in your stall or on your farm. The camera itself records to its own internal memory system and you can either allow it to operate solely through a flash drive or have it send the data to an external hard drive as well...

I have been asked by two nearby dressage clubs to do a Clinic that we have entitled "Introduction to Showing Your Sport Horse In Hand". In the area I live one club 1 1/2 hr away held a brand new breed show last year. Another one is holding a new one for the first time this year 2 hrs in another direction.

So the interest is really growing but many people in the area don't know how to get started, thus the clinic. I would really like to be able to help promote the interest in this area and show them that this is fun. Being a breeder myself this is great!

My hope is others on this board would give me a hand on the powerpoint part of the program that I'm putting together for the clinic. I don't want to use just pictures of my horses.

What I am looking for is pictures and some video that you are willing to allow me to use in my presentation. I want to make this a really fun program for the participants so I'm looking for some really...

Inspired by Alexandra's posting a Youtube I think is worth watching I thought it might be a nice idea to collect everybody's video channels here so whenever one has time to spare one can go browse here instead of wading through the gazillions of on-line garbage before finally finding a channel of interest :)

We have restarted up the forums in hope the new security protocols and closed software environment will prevent the spam and hijacking that plagues the previous open source code. As before ... these forums are for breeders, riders and warmbloods owners to exchange ideas. NOTE if you are a reseller Please pay for Advertising and not post on the Sales forums. Finally please respect statement to each other and play nice.
