Solid dressage packer wanted - Trade for top pedigree mare?

A student of mind is looking for a new dressage partner. Must be sound, safe to hack, easy to live with, over 16.2, prefer gelding, for a man who starting riding in late 40's.
We would prefer something that could be shown to perhaps 2nd level, but most of the time we work on basics, easy movements (leg yields, transitions).
Not breed specific, but would prefer to avoid a TB or draft, as that has been past disappointment.
I am selling a super Sandro Hit x Brentano 4 y.o. mare, 16.2 solid bay, started on longe/under tack. Super friendly, leggy and very fancy.
I would consider either selling her separately or if someone had a suitable trade, we would consider that as well.

Looking for an upper level dressage prospect. WB (no draft crosses, no baroque breeds), colt or filly. Preferably between the ages of 2 and 4 (might go younger). Horse on the west coast preferred, however may be willing to look elsewhere for the right horse. Horse should be expected to mature to over 16.2 h. Good bloodlines. $10,000 budget.

Found two...now just have to choose.
I am looking for a broodmare...must be tobiano pinto.
Must be warmblood, or warmblood cross. Some Arabian blood OK.
No APHA blood please. At least 15.3hh...prefer 16.1+
Proven brood mare. Pasture sound is fine.
Must be registerded with full 5 generation pedigree!

We offer a small farm with one or two other broodmares for company. Shelters, pastures and excellent care.
References by my Veterinarian and long term farrier, as well as other breeders, available.
