Coconut Grove is the first Thoroughbred stallion in the U.S. to be granted a breeding license by the American Holsteiner Horse Association and the American Hanoverian Society. He has 100% positive approval status with 9 European, 9 U.S. and 1 Canadian Registry, the only thoroughbred in U.S. history to accomplish this feat. In 2005, he was chosen for the highly selective Hanoverian Jumper Breeding Program. Coconut Grove is an outstanding performer with a pedigree proven to produce jumpers. Tango B is a powerful, compact mare with a lovely face, kind eye and exceptional talent for jumping. Her daughter, Datoucha was honored as the Highest Scoring Foal of the 2003 BWP Keuring Tour. Her sire, Darco is a legendary Belgium stallion. He was ridden by Ludo Philippaerts to Olympic level and ranks as one of the top ten show jumping breeding sires in the world. His international achievements include a 7th at the Barcelona Olympics, 2nd at Spruce Meadows, 6th in the World Equestrian Games, and numerous placings in World-Cup competitions. As a sire, Darco was never known to produce offspring that fell short of excellence. His mares are highly coveted as brood mares and his male offspring have been very successful. Especially notable is his son Parco who was 9th on the World Ranking List in 2001 and King Darco who competed at the Atlanta Olympics. In a survey of the world's top 75 jumping sires that appeared in the French publication, Monneron 2007-2008, Darco held the position of Third Best Sire in the World, with 35 CSI winners. Tango B's mother was a traditional Thoroughbred mare whose bloodlines trace back to some of the greatest Thoroughbred sport horses in our American history; including Man O' War and Bold Ruler
