Due about May 1st, Hanoverian foal (colt or filly) by Rubignon (Rubinstein / Donnerhall), from SPS Ester (Eiger I / Wenzel I)
Beautiful stallion Rubignon has been listed for the Swedish Dressage team in 2008 and 2009 and has 17 GP wins and placings including international wins in his name. His foals are not only beautiful and talented, but easy-tempered. Dam SPS Ester is a grand Hanoverian broodmare from Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 1999, Eiger I (producer of Olympic horses in both dressage and jumping). Ester’s damsire, Wenzel I, won his 100 day test in 1979, was judged “Best Stallion in his Age Group” in 1980, and has sired 33 licensed sons and 68 states premium daughters.
Ester has had some great foals for me, including my good mares Contessa and After Hours, and a stallion prospect / Champion Foal by Fabuleux. I expect great things from this breeding to Rubignon.
