The sire for Lot #38 Royale is competing in Kentucky at the World Equestrian Games under the Para equestrian Rider Eleanor Elstone. His name is Why not G. she is his only offspring and she is loaded with other interesting ancestors also. Quite Easy. Quidam de Revell, Landgraf, Voltaire and Nimmerdor. Very talented 3 yr old. Lot 1 will get any breeders looking for a broodmare/competition horse excited and Lot 5 dosent leave much to ask for in the Jumper world with Judgement, Riverman, Goodtimes Consul and Roemer in his bloodlines. I could go on and on.... oh! I am! parden me. Where are you located? any chance you'll be able to attend? Thanks for the comments

I was in Calgary for the Spruce Meadows Master's, and got the catalog a couple of days before I left. A friend of mine told me she got a very nice three y.o. filly there last year, and Dr. French has a couple of horses consigned. Have you ever considered putting this sale on closer to the Master's, so you could get some of the people who come to town for that?

Posts: 23 (10/02/10 12:58:46) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	We have always held our sale Thanksgiving weekend, this year we are late by a week as so many of the main committee are at the World Equestrian Games. Another group tried to capture the visitiors from Spruce Meadows and ran an auction close by during the Masters week however it did not generate much attendance. They tried for 2 years but were a new sale and it takes some time to develop a name and good reputation. I will pass your comments on to the Sale Executive we have held it at this time for 16 years; we get alot of feedback not to have the sale while the show season is in progress so its really a difficult choice. Remember you can watch online and do internet or telephone bidding. Your feedback is much appreciated

The Barns were buzzing and the seats full with additional viewers looking on via live streaming video. This European format sale allowed buyers a day and a half of previews and tryouts of the consigned horses, showing the horses under saddle, chute jumping and in hand. This year's group of breeders consigned a consistently well bred, well-raised product. Bob Wilson of Ottawa found and purchased 5 horses to take back to Ontario. Warmbloods P3R purchased three horses to take to Quebec and long time US buyer Marion O'Conner took a trailer load back to Idaho. All indications of the high quality and breeding available at the sale." High selling Section A mare Contikki (Contender x Landucci) received the Sparks Innovations cooler for new owner Klondike Victory Farm.
