So far, I've decided: SPS Destiny (Desert Moon - Wesley) will go to Royal Classic (Royal Highness - Florestan) SPS Pakesa (Prince Thatch xx - Duerkheim) will go to Soliman de Hus (Sandro Hit - Donnerhall) I'm still deciding on EM Day Dream (Don Bosco - Furinos). It is narrowed down to Silberschmeid (Sunlight xx - Wolkenstein II) or St Moritz Junior (St Moritz - Wie Weltmeyer). As of this morning, I'm planning on breeding one of my mares to Hilltop Comic, but I'm not quite sure which mare. Other possibilities are Harvard and Dauphin. Clearly I'm a confused individual this year. ;)

The Comics I have seen have been quality movers with great hind ends. I am breeding our Rosentau/Arkansas/Akzent II mare to Desperados. I am a little worries as I have only heard of a few pregnancies with the frozen, but LOVE him so am going to give it a go. Not sure with the other mare (EM Longchamp / A line). I have a very good feeling about her coming Wolkentanz foal and so maybe a repeat on that or possibly Le Primeur (seems he is not popular but I have seen him numerous times and really like him for the right mare).

Bel Etrice (Baryshnikov/Raphael) will go back to Rubignon EM Donnabella (Donnershclag/Baryshnikov) will to to Christ. EMC Anaconda G (Acord II/Saros) will go to Rascalino or Dancier. A little worried about the Dancier semen, would love to hear if anyone has had good luck with it! Fleur Noire (Fabuleux/Davignon) I am still thinking about breeding her this year. If I had a taller mare I would be using him in a second. I loved how he looked in the recent Celle video's. Those De Niro's can collect!

Florabella to Lagoheidor. Sanaa to Rubignon. Donna's latest Benidetto filly is the best I've bred, in my opinion, so she will go back to him in 2012 for a 2013 model! Good luck to all you breeders out there!

We are breeding Ragazzi (Rouletto x Akzent II) back to Benidetto...she just had a drop dead gorgeous filly by Benidetto three days ago... can I say WOWZA....with lots of Bling!! "Jewel" has a fancy blaze and four high whites...the back stockings are up to mid-thigh in front.

Posts: 84 (05/06/11 19:48:21) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Decided on Coeur D'Amour for our young EMC mare Windtanzer (Wallstreet Kid - Wertherson - Jet Stream) as she was bred for dressage but seems to have more bonits as a show hunter than any of our other gals. I love the Holsteiner blood in him (a huge fan of Contender and Ramiro when crossed) for the strength and jumping ability. Despite my passion for dressage our best sales are always horses with jumping potential. Have a 'wild card' young lady in Kastiana Sahal, a World Cup I line dam and a sire that is older Dutch lines. She had a stunning Parcival filly this year but looking to refine a bit more for next year as she is a very large gal. Trying her with Licosto this year for the TB refinement of his grand-sire Likoto. I think the cross will keep the athleticism I love (and the 'broodmare' build I require) but refine a bit as well. Kastiana is 17.2 so doesn't need any height! Does anyone out there like the Holsteiner lineage cross with the Hanoverians? I notice a lot of Holsteiner blood now among approved stallions. Assuming it is popular in the jumper improvement program, but I like it for dressage as well. I am a little 'politically incorrect' in liking older, heavier mares.

She gave me a fabulous For Compliment filly last year, and I may redo that breeding again, but I wanted to opt for Dauphin this time- go for a shot at something a bit smaller. I think it will be a very nice cross. if a boy it would be for sale. All the trot in the world wont do it if the canter is not first rate.
